While there have been many fan made machinima, they have always been short affairs. The guys at Rockstar were caught by surprise when a French filmmaker by the name of Mathieu Weschler spent two painstaking years perfecting his feature length opus based off the Grand Theft Auto IV game.

Don'tgo by its humble machinima origins, this movie shot entirely using th GTA IV game engine, looks every bit as polished as its Hollywood counterparts, replete with slo-mo action sequences, professional editing and storyboarding.
According to the movie description, the "Trashmaster" divides his time between collecting garbage and cleaning up other forms of trash fouling up New York City's streets: dealers, small-time criminals, when the dancers in his favorite strip club are mysteriously killed. The Trashmaster finds himself hot on the trail of a particularly twisted serial killer. Now what could be cooler than a badass vigilante cleaning the streets off human trash?
